Joe and
Brandy received their canine massage training from
"Integrated Touch Therapy For Animals," instructed by Patricia
Whalen-Shaw, who is nationally certified by NCBTMB. Their training
instruction was completed at Synergy Farm in Ohio and is approved under
Category A for continuing education by the National Certification Board
for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. .Joe and Brandy are also available
for educational
talks, group massage appointments and seminars.
Joe
Oliver has a long history of soothing animals of all
sorts. He has helped many animals that are shy of men overcome their
fears. Some people are astonished when they witness their dog, once shy of
men, relaxing as they allow Joe to massage their paws and their tails.
These are two areas that usually have strong trust-issues associated with
them, and Joe has the proven ability to gain the trust of
animals. Joe has also successfully applied EFT to help animals
overcome or lessen fear, pain and defensiveness/aggression.
Brandy Oliver,
M.A.
is an advocate for animals’ quality of life and canine massage is
an excellent way to enhance your dog’s well-being. Brandy is also
certified for Usui Traditional "Reiki I" natural healing services as well
as canine behavior consultations in conjunction with your dog’s massage.
She basis most behavioral cases on the scientific learning theory of
Operant Conditioning, focusing on Positive
Reinforcement.
Joe and
Brandy have other endeavors as well. Joe is also an
accomplished flutist. Many dogs and other animals seek out the sound of
his Native American Flute when he plays. He has received rave reviews for
